CL-LEAD, Villar Foundation, SPARK! Philippines partners for grassroots economic empowerment

A Project Engineer from the Villar Foundation explained to the officers, members of CL-LEAD, SPARK! Philippines and Ayala Foundation Inc. the different livelihood projects that Villar Foundation is spearheading in the City of Las Pinas.

One of our thrust is to help the community through economic empowerment, thus, CL-LEAD heeded the call of the Office of Senator Cynthia Villar through her foundation, the Villar Foundation for partnership in providing programs and livelihood opportunities in the provinces of Central Luzon and where the organization has a sphere of influence or operations.

Last July 28, the CL-LEAD together with SPARK! Philippines, Ayala Foundation, Inc.'s Economic Empowerment Cluster and women leaders from Barangay Pitogo in Makati City went to Las Pinas City to personally witness and hear the stories of success of their grassroots economic empowerment model.
